This document is provided for informational purposes and explains how Ecoul Corpului™ collects and uses your data. It does not constitute legal advice.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller of the Ecoul Corpului™ app is Irina Păscăriță. For any questions about your personal data, you can contact us at irinapascarita@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data required for the app to work: • your email address or Google account identifier (for sign-in); • the conversations you create (conditions and dreams) and the AI-generated answers; • minimal technical data (request time, selected language) to prevent abuse. We do not intentionally collect sensitive medical data beyond the messages you choose to write in your conversations.
3. How we use the data
Your data is used exclusively to: • show you your own conversation history; • generate answers through the AI provider (messages are sent to this provider only to produce the answer); • maintain the app's safety and usage limits. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising companies.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data based on the performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by deleting your account.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage needed for the app to function (for example, keeping you signed in and remembering your language). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage or clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.
6. How long we keep the data
We keep your conversations for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual conversations from the app at any time. Upon request, we will delete your entire account and associated data within 30 days.
7. Who we share data with (subprocessors)
To function, the app uses: • an authentication and database provider (Lovable Cloud); • an AI model provider, used strictly to generate answers. These providers process the data according to their own privacy policies and only for the purposes above.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. For any request, write to us at irinapascarita@gmail.com.
9. Security
Authentication is handled by industry-standard providers. Conversations are stored in a secure database with row-level access controls (RLS), so only you can read your own messages.
10. Children
The app is not intended for people under 16. If you are under this age, please do not use the app without a parent's or legal guardian's consent.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated. We will display the date of the last change at the top of the page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated version.
