By using Ecoul Corpului™, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of the service
Ecoul Corpului™ provides AI-generated interpretations of physical conditions and dreams, based on the principles of Recall Healing and Jungian psychology. The content is educational and complementary; it does not constitute a diagnosis, treatment, or medical consultation.
2. Medical disclaimer
Always consult a doctor or qualified professional for health concerns. Do not delay or ignore professional medical advice based on information received through this app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Account and responsible use
To use the app you must sign in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the messages written in your account. You may not use the app for illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory content, or to attempt to compromise the platform's security.
4. Usage limit
To maintain service quality, there is a limit of approximately 20 messages per hour per user. This limit may be adjusted over time.
5. Intellectual property
The entire application — including its name, logo, branding, text content, design, source code, and generated interpretations as a collection — is owned by Irina Păscăriță and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of the app may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without prior written permission from Irina Păscăriță. The messages you write in your own account remain yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to store, display, and process them to generate AI responses at your request.
6. Facilitators and 1:1 sessions
The app may recommend Recall Healing facilitators. 1:1 sessions take place directly between you and the facilitator; the terms, prices, and any payments are set by the facilitator, and we are not a party to those contracts.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for decisions made based on the generated interpretations, for medical, financial, or emotional consequences, or for temporary service interruptions.
8. Account suspension or deletion
The owner may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to irinapascarita@gmail.com.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. We will display the date of the last change at the top of the page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted by the EU regulations applicable in your place of residence.
